Cancellation Policy

Requesting cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact SAFA promptly with the order number and registered contact details.

When cancellation is possible

An order may be cancellable before dispatch or fulfilment has advanced beyond the point where it can reasonably be stopped. Confirmation depends on the actual order status.

After dispatch

If an order is already shipped or delivered, a cancellation request may need to be considered under the Refund & Return Policy instead.

Payment reversals

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, any applicable refund follows the original payment provider and the approved refund process.
